Ikea Restaurant & Cafe, KL

IKEA is a modern home furnishing stores first started in European countries. There's only a branch in Malaysia which located at Mutiara Damansara PJ, Kuala Lumpur. Who ever realize that there are delicious foodie hidden inside the store?

If you happened to visit Ikea, definitely MUST try its Curry Puff (cost only RM1 per piece, at the cafe ground floor, opposite a row of cashier counter) and Beef Meatball at Ikea Restaurant & Cafe, First Floor.

Ikea Restaurant & Cafe, is all about Swedish cuisine (Assuming it's Fast Food) .

Swedish Beef Meatball *Most recommended*
Deep fried Meatballs tossed with cream sauce served with shoestring fries and Ligonberry jam.

5 piece - RM5.90
10 pieces - RM10
15 pieces - RM15

Dipping those chewy and springy meatballs in cream sauce and match with the jam,
simply amazed me!! :D
Like that a lot!!!!

Thought that was Raspberry jam at first, only realized that was so called "Ligonberry" after referring to the menu. Never heard of Ligonberry in my life before . =P
The taste is likely as Raspberry, not as sweet as Strawberry, just nice!!

Chicken Leg with Swedish Spice and Lemon Sauce RM9.90

I must say this is a very healthy plate of roasted chicken.
The chicken is ok ok only; mashed potato must have expose to the air for quite some times as it's not as soft as expected; the worst part is the 100% raw carrots =.=

NOT to recommend this to you but if you want to have some light food, perhaps you can try this with a HUGE chicken drumstick.
