Ritz Cakes & Pastries @ Prima Tanjung, Tanjung Tokong

Ritz Cakes and Pastries is one of the well-known Cake House located at Prima Tanjung in Penang. Sadly said that it don't have any branch else :(
Have to travel all the way to Tanjung Tokong to grab it.

There are more than 30 varieties of cakes available.
They were introducing the newly Crepe Cakes few months back.
Frankly, most of the cakes are nice and yes the price is slightly higher than the ordinary cake.
Compare with another famous Jenny Cake House, Ritz's more to unique flavour choices and the ingredients mixture not as rough as Jenny's. Jenny's is more to cake designing and certain signature cakes instead of quality.

I really do like making comparison among A &B! =P Lol..

Japanese Green Tea
Go Zen with famous, fresh Japanese Green Tea cake that is ohm-ed with green-tea and red-bean spouge creaminess.

First glimpse of it, Yerrr... Such Greeny, am i going to swallow those grasses?
Hahahaha between I'm the one who choose it. As i heard lots of compliments on this Green Tea's. It crowned as the best selling item.
Instead of picking those cheezy, creamy and heavy flavour chocolate cake, I prefer something lighter this time.

Brilliant way of ingredients mixture with red bean, the taste of green tea averagely scatter around. You just coudn't taste yucks of "Just Green Tea".

Bear in mind, you have to ensure that it always keeps in fridge in low temperature.
It tastes even better if you consume immediately from refrigerator.
