HK Delicious - New Synthetic Rice Shop 新合成燒腊飯店 @ Saigon Street, Jordon Kowloon, Hong Kong

So far this is the BEST meal i'd ever had in HK. Those roasted duck and swan are the best in the world XD I assumed!!!!!! As I've yet tried and tasted that GREAT roasted pieces in my life before. I believe there are some other stalls which selling the same but i still prefer this. With its home recipe preserved vegetables soup 老火列汤 which spend days for simmering and receive overwhelming responses. Eventually looks younger another 10 years after drink its soup =P

Well-simmered and its fragrance smells good!!

Boss knew we are from Malaysia and surprisingly well spoken in Cantonese :)
He saw how passionate of us having his home recipe soup and in love with it XD
Boss gave us another free refill soup after that. Thanks Boss!!!!
and special thanks to my lovely fluent Cantonese spoken mum and cousins who impressed them.

Roasted Swan *BEST*
The first time i taste on roasted swan, the swan meat is much tender than duck.
The crunch is real good!!!!!!!! Love love!!!

Roasted Duck *BEST*
Duck is equally good!!! Perhaps a little oily... It's doesn't matter!!! :) As long as it's good!!!

3 Layer Pork Belly
by ignoring the pink yucks pig pieces...

The pork belly's skin is surprisingly crunchier than what we had in Penang.
hmm, i guess this is what they called the local taste of HK specialty.

Pig parts and ears....
Sorry, i don't know how to eat this. Feel like vomiting after ate these.
Regretted for ordering such a huge portion. In the end lefted over quite a lot.

Not sure how they judging on the street. Canton Street?
There are a lot of streets name walking by along the same road. That's confused me!!

It's supposingly at Saigon Street and opposite Saigon Playground.

Worth it!!
