Instead of ordering the Premium's, we ordered the normal's as we want to try other desserts as well. Those we'd ordered typically the signature and hot sell in the cafe.
Flaming Snow Mountain by French Cointreau Liquor *Signature*
火焰橙酒雪山雪糕 HKD42
Based with mini cakes and 1 scoop of ice-cream, wrapping with fresh egg white cream, topping with chocolate and caramel sauce, flaming by French Cointreau 60% Liquor.
Realised that delicious desserts always add some Liquor for the mixture. In despite of the adding, you're totally no sense of any smell and impact from the Liquor.
That makes the difference to create a miracle tasty dessert!

Based with chocolate cake with melted chocolate fillings served with vanilla ice-cream and strawberries.
Ahhh, i should have cut it and let you have a glimpse at the melted hot chocolate in it.
It's so good!!!!! Wolfed down in every mouthful!!!!
Weissbrau, KL/Straits Quay, Pg's definitely can compete with this :)

Another dessert made by Liquor, this time is the Supreme Baileys Souffle series.
I'm still prefer the Chocolate melted series :)
The supper dessert cost four of us HKD151 (Approximately RM60).
p/s: good stuff, without any tax! :D
