Temple Street, Yaumatei (廟街, 油麻地) Hong Kong is well-knowned with its Claypot Rice. Walk out from the C exit of Yaumatei MTR Kwun Tong Line, you can find lots of Claypot Rice's stalls behind the alley. Have you seen the crowds before? The queue queuing in front of the cafe is so horrible!!!!!! Imagining it tooks at least 1 hour+ standing and wait for your turn!!! Not ONE cafe only but EVERY cafe (around 5) with the same length of queue. Faint!!!!!
Walk to that Claypot's area for 2 nights just to see how's long was the crowds. Even weekday was so crowded. Mentally just thinked of "I want to try!!!!!!! Must be very good!!!" If you visit Temple Street but you didn't try of Claypot Rice, don't tell anyone you went to Hong Kong. Lol.... Hahaha! An idea flash through our mind. Let's go around 11pm for night supper? :X In the end, we took 10 minutes waiting which is still acceptable :)
Four Season Claypot Rice 四季煲仔飯 is one of the Claypot Stalls. Anyway, it's such a random. Alright see again the crowds in the cafe? HEY, it's at 11pm okie! =.= Just wondering Hong Kong residents no need to sleep one ah? It's weekday, no school, no work?

You must try this! It's unique dipping with the special dedicated sauce.
Too bad it's too oily, just a few oyster and most of them are plain flour.
and one thing don't ever try to see how they fried it!!! Such a big darkly pot of oil.

Pork & Liver Sausage Claypot Rice
The above is the most popular Claypot Rice in HK. They like it but unfortunately i'm not. It's only steam white rice with sausages when it serves to your table. It was totally tasteless as you MUST add on the dark soy sauce which provided on the each of the table.
Even though already added soy sauce, i still don't like the taste. If it can serve with that "simple", I believe I can 100% do it the same at same. Dislike dislike!!
Everyone of us from Penang was complaining, non of us praising.
Sorry, This is the worst dish we ever had in HK.
