The banner above attracted me at first glance. I heard its serving is quite promising too. Hence, i'd decided to pay a visit collaborate of my friend's birthday :)
Summer Garden is a restaurant founded by devoted Mother and Son who have the passion in cooking. As i heard from Tarc College friends, the restaurant had just took over by them. Hmm, not sure how true is it. Anyway, here is the place if you looking for somewhere cozy and romantic. Not much restaurant in Penang with this concept as it's genuinely spacious!!!! There are few concept of seating available: Bistro corner. Greeny front view site, Garden site and Romantic flowery site which resemble with Winter Warmers. So... take a pick!!
It just located few meters away from Tarc College, Tanjung Bungah.

Soup of the Day - Mushroom Soup
Among all dishes, like its mushroom soup the most as it's rich, milky and creamy. Taste like campbell mushroom soup which added some milk and croutons. Not bad!!
Main Couse
At first, i was assuming the portion would have decrease as well with the price offered.
Nonetheless, the portion is huge especially the salad which is as high as mountain =.=
Deep Fried Cobia
Battered deep fried fish served with mash potatoes and salad.
Compare with another two main courses, i prefer this the most!!!
Simple and delicious dipping with tartar sauce!!!!
They're not stingy at all...... See the portion of the fish and tar-tar sauce.
Oriental Chicken
Fried with aromatic spices, yellow ginger, honey and galangal served with spaghetti and salad.
This is overally weird with the occurrence of the green sauce. Taste like the Indian's mint chutney. Hmm, the chicken taste ok by ignoring that weird green sauce.
BBQ Chicken
Char grilled and glazed with classic BBQ sauce and served with mashed potatoes and salad.
This is mine. Okay, blamed me as i was laughing at my friend's that green piece of thing =P So, i have this in the end. I'm kind of shock when he told me this is BBQ Chicken. I thought this is Oriental Chicken instead. Confused me!! =.= Its sauce more to sweet and sour....
Frankly, my choice isn't that bad!!! =D
Just it disappoint me as i wasn't expect my BBQ chicken to be sweet and sour but coated with honey will do.
Salad: Too huge for my portion and it's too sour to my liking. Why don't put some thousand island to dilute the sour taste a little?
Spaghetti: Watery watery!!
