To produce a plate of good Char Koay Teow, the heat is the core values and the awesome fried with lards do make a very big different!!!!
Less Char Koay Teow, you still can live with it. But without lards, no lards no life =P
You can always request Uncle for more lards if you want to.
Just have to always be cautious of your lovely blood vessels...
Waiting for your turn to being served? There're always huge crowds and long queue especially during dinner hours. At least half an hour and above waiting time. If only you have the patience? :) Come on, let's have a few sticks of lok lok while waiting? :D
There's a famous LokLok stall at beside though.
A plate of seafood Char Koay Teow consist of cockles, prawns, squids, bean sprouts and sprinkled with chives.
The size of prawn is the concern too!! Huge, fresh and springy prawns are way up there!!
